You get a written quotation you can put against a purchase order, then a design proof showing your logo on the actual product before anything goes into production. Corrections at that stage are free; corrections after are a reprint. Pricing improves in tiers as quantity rises, and mixed items in one order are normal — a hundred diaries and a hundred mouse pads quote together. GST invoice is standard, delivery is PAN India, and where an event has a fixed date we plan production backwards from it. For anything above a few hundred pieces, use the bulk enquiry form rather than the cart.
