1. Return Policy for Regular Products
We offer a 7-day return policy on regular / non-customized products from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item should be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging should be available, wherever applicable.
- The product should not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
2. Policy for Customized / Personalized Products
All customized, personalized, made-to-order, name/photo/text/design-based products are generally non-returnable because they are specially created for each customer.
However, if a customized product is delivered in any of the following conditions, we offer a replacement within 7 days of delivery:
- Damaged product received.
- Defective product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Major manufacturing defect.
- Product significantly different from the confirmed order or approved proof.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Return / Replacement
Return or replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Minor color variation due to screen/display differences.
- Customer-approved design, spelling, photo, name, message, or content issues.
- Incorrect information or content shared by the customer.
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control.
- Product used, damaged, altered, or not in original condition.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of outer packaging.
- Unboxing video, preferred where available.
- Brief explanation of the issue.
Requests without proper proof may take longer to process or may be rejected in some cases.
5. Approval Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and confirm whether the case is approved for:
- Return.
- Replacement.
- Refund.
- No action, if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
The decision of our support team after review will be considered final.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases of regular / non-customized products, or in cases where Crafty Worth is unable to fulfill the order.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Please note:
- Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
- For customized products, replacement is generally provided instead of refund where applicable.
7. Replacement Policy
For customized products, replacement will be provided in approved cases of:
- Damage.
- Defect.
- Wrong item received.
- Major manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
8. Design Proof & Customization Note
For products where design proof approval is required, production may start only after customer approval. Once the design, spelling, photo, name, text, or layout is approved by the customer, return/replacement will not be accepted for those approved details unless there is a manufacturing or delivery error from our side.
