1. Free Shipping Across India

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — there are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Because most of our products are personalized and made to order, each item is created specially for you.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
  • For customized / personalized products, the dispatch timeline begins after your design proof is approved (where a proof is shared).
  • Bulk, corporate and institutional orders are dispatched as per the timeline confirmed at the time of order.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order is delivered by our trusted courier partners (via Shiprocket). Typical delivery time is 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details with you so you can follow your shipment. You can also view your order status any time from the My Account section.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

We work hard to deliver on time, however delivery may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or incorrect / incomplete address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Kindly double-check your delivery address and mobile number before placing the order. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability at delivery, re-shipping may be subject to additional handling.
