You can upload customization details on the product page where available. You can also share photos, names, text, or design requirements with us on WhatsApp after placing your order. Please mention your order details while sending customization content.
4. Do you provide design proof before production?
Yes, for proof-enabled products we may share a design proof for approval before production. Production starts after approval where proof approval is required.
5. How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing time depends on the product type and customization requirements. Standard orders are usually delivered within 3–5 days. Bulk/custom orders may take 7–10 days depending on proof approval, production, courier partner, and delivery location.
6. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, Crafty Worth provides PAN India delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product type, and courier service availability.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your package.
8. What is your return or replacement policy?
Regular / non-customized products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery as per our policy. Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable, but replacement may be provided in approved cases of damage, defect, wrong item, or major manufacturing issue.
9. Can customized products be returned?
Customized products are made specially for each customer, so they are generally not eligible for return unless the item received is damaged, defective, wrong, or significantly different from the confirmed order or approved proof.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us immediately with your order number, clear product photos, packaging photos, and unboxing video if available. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

13. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum applies to retail orders — a single personalised item is fine. Bulk pricing begins at 25 pieces of the same product and improves in tiers as the quantity rises. Most of the cost in a short run is setup rather than material, which is why 25 to 100 usually saves more per piece than 100 to 250. 14. How long does a bulk order take?
Lead time is measured from the moment you approve the design proof, not from when the order is placed, because nothing is produced before approval. As a working guide for one product type: up to 100 pieces takes about a week of production, 100–500 takes two, and larger runs are quoted against the actual quantity, with transit on top. 15. Can I get a quotation for a purchase order?
Yes. Send the item, quantity, artwork or text, and the date you need delivery, and you will receive a written quotation showing the per-piece rate, total and GST separately, in a form you can attach to a requisition without retyping.
